Sales Invoicing & Accounts Receivable
- Preparation of client quotations
- Timely sales invoicing function and accurate recording and filing
- Timely updating of receipts in accounts receivables
- Timely client payment follow-ups
Purchase Invoicing & Accounts Payable
- Preparation of expense claims and staff reimbursement
- Payment processing for suppliers, office expenses and employee reimbursement
- GST Compilation & Submission
- Preparation of Financial Statements, Group Consolidation Accounts and Tax Computation
- Monthly Salary & Incentive Consolidation, and CPF Submission
Forecast, Budgeting & Management
- Preparation of Snapshots, Pricing and Costing Analysis
- Ensure all accounting documents are updated for timely month-end closing of accounts
- Any other ad hoc and administration duties as assigned
